Little Movers is our parent-and-child program for the youngest athletes — a joyful, sensory-rich introduction to sports and movement. What to Expect

Each class introduces a featured sport through age-appropriate activities — soft soccer kicks, gentle ball rolls, balance challenges, and sensory play. Sessions are warm, nurturing, and full of music, movement, and laughter.

Curious Explorers is where children begin to spread their wings. This drop-off program builds independence, coordination, and creativity through multi-sport activities, music, movement, and imaginative play. Children explore soccer, basketball, tennis, and more — developing foundational athletic skills while learning to collaborate, take turns, and express themselves.

What to Expect

Each session follows a structured but playful format — a sport-focused warm-up, skill-building activities, a creative enrichment element, and a cool-down. Instructors guide children through age-appropriate challenges that build both athletic and social skills.

Active Achievers is our most advanced program — designed for children who are ready to develop real athletic skills and take on greater challenges. Through structured multi-sport training, children build leadership, resilience, and foundational athletic competency across soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis and more. This is where young athletes begin to discover what they are truly capable of.

What to Expect

Sessions are more structured and skill-focused, with sport-specific drills, team challenges, and enrichment activities that build character alongside athletic ability. Children are encouraged to push themselves, support their teammates, and celebrate every achievement.
